I am have been the YW Secretary for over 2 months now. I log in successfully to the ward/stake websites and see current information for people in my Ward. However, when I pull up the Stake Website to see upcoming events, nothing shows up. The entire calendar is blank. I can see a key in the lower corner explaining what colors represent which Ward, but I do not see any activities listed. The other YW Leaders ARE able to see events on their Stake calendar when they log in.

You mention ward/stake websites. The only place stakes and wards have websites is in the classic LUWS, which will be deactivated in two weeks. If you are talking about the classic LUWS then my guess is the stake has migrated to the calendar to the LDS.org Calendar tool.

If you are talking about a calendar for the stake on the LDS.org Calendar tool then I suggest checking your calendar subscriptions to make sure you have subscribed to the calendar you need.

There are two things you need to do to view a particular calendar on your main calendar page. First you must subscribe to the calendar at the Settings (gear icon)/Subscriptions page. There are three groups of calendars from which you can choose by clicking the blue linked names: Ward Calendars, Stake Calendars, and Churchwide Calendars. Once you have subscribed to the calendars you want then you have the option on the main calendar page to view any or all of the calendars to which you have subscribed by checking the calendar name in the "Subscribed Calendars" box on the left of the main calendar page.

Thank you for your detailed response. I have checked my subscription and have found that I am subscribed to 15 different calendars between Ward/Stake. I have the function "show all calendars" selected and my calendar still comes up completely blank. How is it that not one thing pops up when I am subscribed to 15 calendars? Also, for some reason, the box next to "get email updates for this calendar" is not clickable. Do you know what else could be the reason that I am unable to view things on the Calendar?

If you are seeing "show all calendars" below the "Subscribed Calendars" list box on the main calendar page then all of your fifteen subscribed calendars are deselected for viewing. Click the "show all calendars" link to display all the subscribed calendars. It may take a while for the process to complete. When each of the 15 subscribed calendars have a check in the check box to the left of the calendar name and the "show all calendars" link changes to "hide all calendars" then you should see all the scheduled events for those fifteen calendars.

This is controlled by "Send me email notifications about new calendars" setting on the "Settings > Options" page. If it is not checked the "Allow email reminders for this calendar" option on the "Settings > Subscriptions" page will be deactivated.

Well ... this was TOTAL operator error. Thank you for your detailed responses and your patience. I went to "subscriptions" and saw all the calendars and skimmed over the subscribed area. Apparently I forgot how to read because I just realized it said "Unsubscribed". LOL! I feel so dumb. Thanks for all of your help. I am now subscribed and can see activities!
