Suggestion for new feature

#1

Post by marianomarini »

It would be nice to be able to add a label to the day.
Presently, if I would indicate 30 March as Easter day I need to create an event with that name shown into day schedule place.
It would be nice to see it on the left side of number 30!

How would that be significantly different from creating an all day event?

I don't know if it's significantly different, but surely more clear.

I guess I don't understand why your suggestion would make it more clear. As it is, on Easter day I have a banner across the top of the event that says "Easter" (because I have created an all-day event on Easter for that purpose). That seems very clear. In what way is your suggestion clearer than that?

Because we have also civil holidays and often used to have activities.
This mean that the name of the holliday will be in the middle (according with its alphabetical order) of activities.
If the "name of the day" can be shown on the left side of "its number" it will clarify that it's a name not an activity.
