Does the calendar design work such a way that we can only view our stake resources, but not a different stake even the ward is assigned to use a building in a different stake? One ward in our stake is assigned to use the building in a different stake. The leaders of that ward would like to know the availability of their building. But reservation calendar only shows the usage of buildings in our stake boundary, not the building their ward meeting.

The calendar is designed to allow different stakes to coordinate on use of a shared location. The agent stake must add the unit(s) to their location. The other stake can't simply create a location of the same name and make it work.

What happens if the agent stake adds only the ward - I'm not sure. It might be only those ward members can see the location and not the rest of the stake. If that's the case, then you may need to ask the agent stake to add the stake and not just the ward(s).
