Calendar events

Hi, its my first time using the calendar in lds.org..
i have created an events for our stake and the date on my calendar is correct, but un-furnately the date schedule that appears in the calendar of our members are different
like for example:
on my calendar the event that i created appear on dec 9, but on the members calendar when they view it it appears in december 10...
i hope you can help me of this problem immediately because it might create confusion in our stake... thank you for your attention...
