We have a member who is displayed as the "Stake Seminary Supervisor" in the online directory. However, when I try to add her "by calling" as an editor of the Stake Seminary calendar, her position doesn't show up. Our Stake Clerk has double checked this.

Only standard callings can be used to specify calendar editors by calling. But "Stake Seminary Supervisor" is not a standard calling, so it must be a custom calling your stake created (your stake clerk can double check that by looking in CDOL or by using the Custom Position Review tool in MLS). If you want to give her calendar editor rights by calling, she'll have to be given a standard calling.

This may be an artifact of the MLS 3.5 conversion issues related to callings. Members listed in MLS 3.4.3 in standard positions have been listed in the same position except the position has been identified in MLS as a custom position for those units that have upgraded to MLS 3.5. Have your stake clerk check CDOL to see if the position is listed there as a standard position and not a custom position. Until the cause is identified. the only other option is to list her by name rather than by calling if it is important to get her as an editor now.

It is listed in CDOL as a standard position for my stake.

This calling is not included in the the list of available callings to add to a calendar. I've created a task to add it to the list. In the mean time you will need to add the person by name.

I wonder if this is the only one, or if other standard callings are also missing. It might be prudent for someone to verify them all.

I just checked and Stake Seminary Supervisor is still not in there. Do you have an ETA?

I don't have an ETA for any new calendar work unfortunately. I can tell you that is is prioritized to get added in the next wave of updates to the calendar app but when that will happen depends on many other products (Directory, Lesson and a couple of new projects not yet announced) getting updated first.

Just checking in. It's been nearly two months and still no "Stake Seminary Supervisor". Is this still on the radar?

This morning, I created a stake "Scouting" calendar, and tried to make the building scheduler for the stake center an editor of that calendar. However, I could not find any building scheduler calling in the list. I could only find a building specialist.
