I'm finding that when I subscribe to a calendar, the checkbox for "Allow email reminders for this calendar" is initially unchecked. But when I come back to the Subscription page, it's now checked.

This only seems to affect the subscription process. Once cleared manually, it sticks.

Nice catch Russell. I've tested this out in our test environment and can duplicate the issue. Looks like we just aren't updating that element on the page correctly when a subscribe event happens. I've logged it as a bug.
