I didn't see this anywhere in the forum so I'm sorry if this is a duplicate.
It would be very helpful if the ability to attach a small file such as a PDF to calendar events, this could be an agenda or flyer for a meeting/event. I understand the storage limits/issues for the church may be a problem, so maybe a file size limit of 500K could be imposed.

It is one of the planned features for a future version. No timetable or version for that has been given. See Any way to add attachments to calendar event.
