At our building we have two wards that operate separately except for the Youth and Primary programs. The Primary and Youth programs are made up of youth and children from two wards. Is there a way for those auxiliary leaders to add an event that will then be put on both ward calendars so that events do not have to be added by multiple people on multiple calendars? Thanks.

At this time I think your only alternative is to have a stake calendar created. I would put the two wards in the name to clue other wards that they shouldn't subscribe to it.
