Feature status update: One event on multiple calendars

I know this has been requested multiple times during different iterations of the calendar, but just curious if this feature will ever make a revision of the calendar?
One event that can be listed on multiple calendars. Examples would be:
A single Ward Conference event that is listed on a stake calendar and ward calendar(s).
Court of Honor event that is listed on the Ward calendar, but also listed on a YM/YW calendar and quorum calendar.
The current calendar layers the views, but it would be nice to maintain a single entry for multiple calendars. Today those multiple entries are managed independently, which can be troublesome.
