Units Disappeared From Assigned Locations

This morning we noticed that the stake and one of the wards assigned to our stake center location have disappeared from the list of units using this location. Some reservations for these two units have also disappeared, although all of their events appear to still be intact. I have checked with others who have administrative rights to see if they were doing anything on the calendar locations, just to make sure no one accidentally deleted those two units. Anyone have any ideas on what happened?
