Adding a room to building

Hello! Not all rooms are listed in our building when using the calendar, including major rooms like the Multi-Purpose room. What is the correct way to add a room to our building in the calendar? Thanks!

I've had rooms and equipment added by making a request to the Stake Clerk, who seems to have some pretty awesome administrative rights over assets within the stake.

He was able to customize our building to reflect what we wanted people to be able to reserve through the calendar.

Yes, only a stake calendar administrator can update locations to change the set of rooms.

There are reasons to be somewhat conservative in what rooms you add to a location (don't add "all rooms" to the list of rooms that can be scheduled), as discussed in other threads:
