Stake Leadership Scheduling Events

Evening all,
I've been hunting for the last little bit and needed a quick clarification from the community.
If a Stake Primary President wants to schedule a Stake Primary event at the Stake Center (lots of stake, mmmm!) but resides in a unit that meets in another building, will she be able to do so?
