Meeting time starting at 7:15 renders incorrectly in weekly view

I added a meeting for 7:15, but as you can see in the screenshot, it does not look like it starts at 7:15.
Also, as a general usability issue, when selecting the ending time for new events that are less than an hour, the user needs to scroll up in the dropdown box. Is it possible to have the dropdown show times beginning with the starting time?
Is this the right place to post this kind of feedback? I tried sending feedback through lds.org but got a 5xx error. Thanks.
