Seeing the Ward a member belongs to who created a calendar event

I am a Stake Clerk also responsible for Building scheduling in our stake center. Today I was asked to add an a reservation for a Ward in the Stake Center. I reviewed the Reservations and found a reservation (actually pretty sure it was an event that was added since I'm the only who can add reservations for the Stake Center) in the time slot this ward needed. I reviewed the reservation and did not see which Ward the person who added the reservation belonged to. I had to write down the person's name then go and look at the Directory to find the ward this person belonged to.

Am I missing something? Is there any other way in the new calendar to see a person's ward without having to go to the directory?

if not, is this something that can be added perhaps to the person's contact information in the lower right hand corner? I realize I could not add that so it would be a suggestion for the church to consider.

Some stakes require their wards to standardize names of all their calendars, such that the Mountain View Ward would have calendars named like MV High Priests, MV Primary, MV Young Women, etc.; the Green Ridge Ward would have calendars named like GR High Priests, GR Primary, GR Young Women, etc.; and so on. That way anyone in your situation can see the calendar an event is scheduled on, and instantly know what ward is involved.
