Event Title Truncated After Apostrophe in Text in Balloon Pop-up

In the little balloon that pops-up when the mouse pointer is over an event in the month view, the event title is truncated after an apostrophe in the title, but not after any other punctuations. Anyone else seen this happen?

Yes, I reported that a couple of months ago in the thread Minor bug: Hover text truncated when title contains an apostrophe.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
