Our building has three wards from three different stakes in it. Is it possible to have a building schedule calendar that all three wards can see?

Every member of the wards can see all the events scheduled for the building in Week view by following the instructions in the help system under About Available Locations.

In order for this to work, each stake must be using the same location and not one they created. Generally the agent stake should manage the location and in their "Locations & Rooms" insure that the other units add it as needed. The other units will then be able to schedule the location, but will not see it in their own "Locations & Rooms" area.
