calendar editors

I have set up a ward calendar for members to sign up for missionary dinners.
Can you set up the "editors" list for the entire ward without manually adding all the ward list?

No. You can only add editors by name or by calling.

For this purpose, I would suggest that you assign a primary editor for that calendar, and let ward members know that they can contact that person to sign up.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

I set up a missionary meals calendar with every auxiliary and quorum presidency as editors. Essentially that makes every leader in the ward an editor. The problem is that the missionaries don't have access to it.
