My building coordinator would like to be able to print a calendar and it show the icons that designate the locations and buildings where they are scheduled.

We see them on the calendar but when we use the print button they are removed.

That's a good suggestion, but there's no way to do it right now. I'd suggest that you use the Feedback page to submit your idea.
