Scheduling building

Postby tiff2chad » Thu Jan 17, 2019 12:19 pm

I'm hoping someone can direct me to the information about scheduling the building on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I recall, for example, that there should be 3, 4hr blocks for people to schedule the building on Thanksgiving. I can't find the information on this.

Thanks

Any policies on scheduling the building for private events would be made at the stake level. There are no churchwide policies other than policies about appropriate use of buildings. You'll need to find someone in your stake who knows what the policies are for your stake/building. You might check with the building scheduler if you know who they are. Otherwise, check with a bishopric member or the high councilor assigned to your ward.
