I recognize that the FIR Android app is only loading a mobile webpage and actually I'm ok with that but the user experience is really bad on at least on Android phones. My main grievance is that the text boxes are so small and its very difficult to edit what you have wrote. Once the text wraps its next to impossible to get the cursor back to where you want. In addition the attaching of photos does not work properly. This would be such a simple app to make as a native app. Has any consideration been given to that?

There's an updated (native) Facility Issue Reporting app currently being developed. I don't know anything about when it will be released, but I would expect within the next couple of months.
