Ubuntu Touch, this little nobody open sources mobile software, ISN'T SO LITTLE ANY MORE. I think it's time we need to develop offline Apps for it. The only problem is that to make Apps for it, you need Ubuntu Desktop. Here is a link that tell you how to make apps. I would but I'm not skilled enough.(https://docs.ubuntu.com/phone/en/)

From what I understand, the Church has employees helping out the Android and Apple apps. But Windows is a completely volunteer effort. If you want Ubuntu apps, I'd suggest start looking for volunteer developers. I doubt if the Church is going to do development on any more platforms until they become a close third place.
