Why Applib library is discontinued?

First of all I want to say my untrustworthy in the Google privacy policy, so I resigned my gmail account, with this I'm not more allow to access all the Google's features, Google Play included.
Now I can't update nor install any Church's Apps because they are no more in AppLib repository, as it was since the beginning.
There is some technical reason for that?
