EZReader and eReader files on an iPhone

#1

Post by marcwj-p40 »

Several of us in our ward have iPhones and would love to be able to read the scriptures and other church material on our iPhones without having to rely on the internet. To this end, we have two questions:

1. Is there any way to get EZReader archives into an eReader format?

2. Has anyone been able to get the files from the Church's website:
http://lds.org/handheld/0,18493,5299-1,00.html
into their iPhone? The iPhone's eReader instructions say you can just point the reader to the web site. However, it isn't working. I think it is because the files are zipped on the church web site.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I wrote a scripture reading program for the iPhone that you can download for free from the AppStore:

You can read more about the application roadmap (at least for the near future) here:
