I haven't been able to find anything on the wiki, but is screen sharing allowed during a video conferencing session? As a stake clerk, I see this as a potentially excellent way to train ward clerks as long as I can share my screen for demonstration purposes.

B Kelly, yes, you can share anything on your desktop. When you are in a meeting or on a call, there is a button on the tool bar that allows you to share your desktop or what every you have open on your screen. The button is like 3rd or 4th from the left. I tested it on Sunday and it worked terrific.

Hereare some details on the PVC wiki on sharing your screen. This is one of the nice features that PVC offers.

Only video conferencing will not allow you screen sharing unless it is combined with web conferencing. Try using gomeetnow web video conferencing service in order to have desktop screen sharing, conduct webinars, web conferences, online meetings etc.
