Installing PVC Software

Is the client that downloads when PVC is used the first time on a computer a general software download for the machine, or a user-unique download?
I have been asked to install PVC for a Church employee on a computer in our stake tomorrow, and have never used it before. Thanks.

It seem to me to be per machine.
I've 2 pc and it ask me to install VydeoDesktop on both.

Well, I got it installed, but now I am the one logged in when Vydeo starts. I cannot find a way for me to log out and for the other person to log in. It must be something obvious, but I have never used the software before, so I probably just don't know where to look.
I think I have clicked on every icon (except the one I need, obvously). Thanks for any suggestions.

If I well remember you have to close browser tab (at least) to log out.
