Echo using Vidyo

I have a Stake President using the Vidyo Mobile app on on a Galaxy Tablet and a Bishop using a MAC both complain of echo on their end. I believe both had the echo setting selected in the controls. Any ideas for resolution? Thanks.

Do you mean they complain about hearing echo? I'd suggest the problem likely to be with the person who doesn't hear the echo and is not talking at the time.

Russell is correct - the first troubleshooting step is to notice who is hearing the echo. If everyone else on the call is hearing echo and you're not, you're actually the cause of the problem. In your situation, since both the stake president and bishop hear echo, then both of them are causing it.

Probably the quickest and easiest fix for both of them is to plug in earbuds (both into the tablet and the Mac), which will eliminate the echo loop.
