Dedicated "Conference Room" for a stake?

Is it possible to have a dedicated PVC conference room established to use within our stake?

We usually have high council members, bishops, bishoprics, or stake aux leaders join our video conferencing sessions from their local ward clerk's computer.

With a dedicated Stake PVC conference room, I could put a permanent link on the desktops of clerk's computers, or e-mail the link to our stake leaders, an they always follow the same link to join any stake meeting. This seems like a better solution than using personal rooms, especially when that person doesn't attend all of the stake meetings.

Or am I missing something that already exists in PVC? Thanks for the help!
