Disappearing toolbars

I think it would be cool that the toolbar and the titlebar disappear when you scroll down like in the iOS version.

This was actually removed from the iOS version and replaced with the tap-to-hide that was there before. It was a nice feature while it lasted, but they must have gotten some negative feedback about it or it must have been difficult to implement smoothly.

The feature you're referring to is called immersive mode. While planned, this is a rather low-priority feature at present.
