Suggestion: Move "Recent" Section (Windows 8)

There has been one small thing that has bugged me since the initial (and still only?) release of the LDS Gospel Library App for Windows 8. That is that the content most-accessed by the user is shoved off to the side of the app in favour of a "Spiritual Thought".
Whilst the Spiritual Thought is nice, it takes so much of the app real estate that it causes users like myself with lower-resolution screens (laptops, tablets) to have to scroll to see the majority of the recent content list. My suggestion is a rather small change that would reduce the time it takes to jump into "recent" content for low-resolution app users and for users who prefer ease of jumping into Gospel Library content over the dominating presence of the Spiritual Thought.
Current Implementation Proposed Implementation Note: As per the LDS Tech Forum Code of Conduct and an amicably reached agreement with a community moderator, one of my previous threads has been broken apart. This is one of its pieces.
