YW Personal Progress booklet missing in Gospel Library

I was surprised today that I was unable to find the YW Personal Progress booklet anywhere in the Android version of Gospel Library (the only one I have access to). I looked in the Other|Youth section and the Manuals|Young Women sections. Is this an oversight or intentional?
I was in a situation where I needed the Young Women Theme and wasn't able to find it.
