Primary lessons incomplete

The lessons in the Primary manual (#5 - D&C) don't download completely on my Lumia 710 with Windows 7.5. Most of manual #4 was fine (until the last dozen lessons or so), but the questions are missing and there are large blank sections between some paragraphs. I've tried reinstalling and redownloading, but to no avail.
Any suggestions?
