No New Issue of Ensign

On November 6th while at church, I needed to view the November Ensign on my iPad2. It does not even show up as an option to download yet. However, on my daughter's Android tablet, that issue of the Ensign was available for download.
Today is the 7th, and I still don't see it. I was connected to the internet both times too.
Any suggestions?
