Study plan feature

Loving the new study plan feature, is there a way to study by topics and create it to the plan, and and when will we see syncing across devices?

Do you know if this feature is availabe only for U.S. users? It doesn't appear in my app, which seems to be updated. I'm a member from Mexico.

when will we see syncing across devices?

I think the feature will need to be working across devices before any syncing will begin. The Android testing folks just got the beta version yesterday.
