Saving a scripture to notes

Is there a way to save a scripture to notes. The only way i have been able to highlight a scripture is to mark it one word at a time. Is there an easier way to highlight a scripture? How do i save a verse or paragraph into a note?

When you long-press a word in a chapter, the word will become selected, with selection handles on the right and left of the word. Dragging the selection handles will allow you to select more than one word – up to a full verse or multiple verses. After you've selected the text you want to save, you can choose one of the annotation options (mark, tag, or add to a notebook).
