Gospel Library 4.1.2 on iOS 10.3.2 NO CONTENT

Hi. I downloaded Gospel Library 4.1.2 on iOS 10.3.2, and I've been trying to download the scriptures... It attempts to download them, but it's no use. Is this a known bug??
No matter what I do, thanks.

It's a known issue with the server.

As russellhltn said, the server is down. An earlier
estimate said it might be back up in the next hour or so.
