I backed up my iPad to iCloud, erased my iPad, then reloaded from iCloud. I then signed out of Gospel Library, then signed back in to initiate syncing. When it indicated that the syncing was completed, I checked my annotations but I had none. I checked on LDS.org to see if all of my annotations were still there and they were. I initiated syncing on my iPad a few more times, but still no annotations.
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store?
