How do I adjust markings?

How do I adjust markings?

On my android phone, if I need to change/adjust what I've underlined, it gives me that option without having to delete the whole annotation and make a new one.
However on my iPad it doesn't give me this option as far as I can tell. If l have to adjust a marking, it only allows me to delete it and make a new one, which sucks if I have links, tags, and notes to that annotation.
So is it possible on iPad and I just don't know how?

Not currently possible on iOS.
