Videos in "Come, Follow Me" download but don't play

I downloaded a number of videos from under Come, Follow Me, onto my iPad running the latest OS (8.3) and the videos download (showing the blue bar and finishing), but when I go to play them they show a forwarding pointing triangle (play icone) with a line through it and the video does not play. User error or something else?
When I go to lds.org and find a video under the same Come, Follow Me section, the same video plays there fine.
