Trouble downloading videos

Hello, on version 3.4.6, I am frequently unable to download videos to show offline in the Come, Follow Me lessons. I can sometimes download, but other times cannot download any videos. The error is attached. Any idea what causes this and how I can fix it? Thanks.

did anyone every respond to you? I have this same problem all the time. I can never pre-download and the internet is too slow to stream the video at church.

I suggest you use the contact information found on the
Gospel Library support - iPhone page. While the developers sometimes visit here, I haven't seen them take up regular residence.
