New to iPad Gospel Library

I just got an iPad, and am wondering how to do a few things with the Gospel Library program.

1. With the Android version you can hide everything that isn't downloaded. How do I do the same with the iPad version?

2. How do I download all of the pictures from the picture BoM, Bible Maps, and other resources so that I don't need WiFi to see them?
