Have been trying to download audio (Come Follow Me) from both the android app and from the computer app.
Download options are there but don't seem to work.
Trying to get the lessons for my blind neighbors.
Any suggestions?

I’m in the same boat with trying to get things set up for my blind dad. The lds library and lds.org really are not made with the blind in mind, in fact I have found that the vast majority of videos, etc is not created with them in mind :( . I’m growing frustrated as well. Hoping that they come out with an iBooks version because that is much easier for the blind to use.

In the meantime, you can go to https://www.lds.org/study/manual/come-f ... e?lang=eng on a computer and download each chapter (click on the headphone icon, and then there is a underlined down arrow button to click to download...you may have to right-click and select ‘download to...’), and put it into iTunes. Cumbersome and inconvenient, but the only solution I have found.

What do you mean when you say the "download options ... don't seem to work"?

I was able to download the audio for Come Follow Me with no problem using the Android version of Gospel Library. To be specific, this is what I did:
  1. From the main Library screen, I went to Come Follow Me, then Individuals and Families, then Come Follow Me--For Individuals and Families New Testament 2019.
  2. From the overflow menu in the upper right corner (three vertical dots), I chose "Download Audio"
  3. I confirmed the download of 428MB by tapping the DOWNLOAD button
  4. Once the download finished (as evidenced by the system notification), I went into Airplane mode and verified that I could listen to it, which proves that it was successfully downloaded.
In which of these steps did you see a problem? What error messages or other specific problems did you see?
