Adding Links in GL3

In GL2.5 I can easily link (cross-reference) two scriptures. When I attempt to do so in GL3, the result is a link to the scripture itself instead of to another scripture. Since GL3 apparently has no help or user manual, I cannot determine how to cross-reference scriptures in GL3. Will someone enlighten me?

I'm having the same issue and would like a cross-reference not just a one way link
