I primarily use the Gospel Library lds.org app on my iPod Touch to highlight texts, tag verses, and make notes under my account. I find that the syncing between the app and my Notes and Journal page online is unpredictable. What is the syncing supposed to be real-time or near real-time? Are all notes, highlights, and tags supposed to be synced? If so, I can confirm that this is definitely not happening in my case.

Is this a recurring problem with other users? Any advice on what to do?
