New iPad and Linked Scriptures

My wife and I both have The New iPad. Linked scriptures from manuals (in this case Book of Mormon) teacher's manual are displayed improperly. (see attachment) Anyone else seeing this?

Yes. I have had similar issues. Usually, however, if I go back to the text containing the link and tap the link again it will display correctly the second time.

I have also discovered that when I have linked my own verses to another verse within the Doctrine and Covenants that the reference shown as D&C afterwards becomes corrupted and adds "amp" after the ampersand. It seems to add an additional "amp" every time I signin to gospel library. Hence, I have some cross-references to D&C that are now showing as "D&;amp;amp;amp;ampC . . ." The reference seems to be picking up some programming language.
Solutions? I hope not to have to redo all of my personal links to D&C.
