Initial install

I finally got around to installing the product today. While it went OK, I was surprised that immediately on start up it downloaded about 14MB of data without asking for permission. Fortunately I was at home and on my WiFi network so it went reasonably fast. But with the the apparent end of unlimited data plans, this may be a problem for others.

It also appears to have downloaded everything available. If there's more, such as the Priesthood Manual, I can't seem to find how to download it. I would hope that more material will become available and it's not assumed that everyone will want everything.

Perhaps we should warn the user first and allow them to acknowledge the download. However, Gospel Library for Android (in its current version) is useless without that download of the database that contains the four standard works, study helps (dictionary, topical guide, maps) the latest conference report, Gospel Principles and the Old Testament Study guide.

In a future version, we will support a core of standard books and a Managed Content section that will allow you to pick and choose from optional content.
