Why is Gospel Library not actually available for sideloadibg on Android?

Gospel Library is available on the Google Play Store and the Amazon Appstore. Does your device have either of those options?

I don't have an account with either.
I'd rather not.
Gospel Library used to be available for sideloading but has disappeared.
