On my wife's tablet she does not have the icon to toggle the Related Content window that contains standard footnotes and annotations at the bottom of the screen. In the 3-dot menu she does have the Related Content option. On my tablet I have the icon along with other icons and do not have the option oin the menu. Both are Android tablets and both have the latest version (3.2.12.0). I can find no option in the Settings menu to activate the icon. Any ideas?

This isn't an option you can set. It's dictated by the screen resolution and (perhaps) physical size. What happens if she views it in landscape mode? Is the icon there then?

Yes, in landscape orientation it is there. It is a Nexus 7, which is narrower than my Galaxy Tab S2, and does have a lower resolution. That explains it. Thanks.
