Can't find the night reading mode

Android, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. My wife has iPhone and I can see the night reading mode there, but I cannot find a way to change the display in mine. Can you please help?
P. S. Also how do you delete a highlight? I tried long press and then the trash icon at the bottom, but it did not delete the highlight.

In Gospel Library, open the menu (generally either an options button on your device, or the far right button on the toolbar), choose "Settings", click on "Theme" and choose "Night" (black background, white text).
To delete a highlight, tap the _little_box_which appears in the right margin of the page, this will select the highlight and bring up the highlight toolbar. Click the trashcan icon. (Long pressing on the text will simply create a new highlight on top of the existing highlight, and the trashcan icon then just deletes the new highlight.)
