One user reported that she couldn't open Gospel Library after upgrading LolliPop 5.0 on a Galaxy Note 3 in the LDSTech blog. I have a Note 3 on version 4.x of the O.S. with no problems but now my carrier is trying to push down firmware updates to get ready for an upgrade to LolliPop 5.0. Anyone else reporting problems when upgrading on Galaxy Note 3. I really use Gospel Library a lot and I'd hate to be separated from it for long if I upgrade.

I've got a Note 3 using Verizon, it just updated to Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and GL works fine. Details:
GL 3.2.6.0
Model: SM-N900V
Android Version: 5.0
Let me know if you want any of the other version or similar information found in Settings > About phone.

My brother also has a Note 3. I think he's on T-Mobile, but his phone might be unlocked. I can check if needed. He got Lollipop before me and GL is working fine for him too.

NOTE: It's possible that a factory reset and clean install of GL will fix the other user's problem... Don't know.

FWIW,

Liz

Some people have reported problems installing Gospel Library. A possible work-around exists:

There may be a database read/write error on your phone.
Instructions to fix this are as follows:

Open Play Store
Search for Folder Mount [ROOT]
Download and install Folder Mount
Execute Folder Mount
On the first boot, it will prompt you to perform an internal storage mount fix.
Execute the fix AND REBOOT the phone.
Run the app and confirm the fix

If your device has upgraded to Android 5.1, be sure you have the latest version of Gospel Library: 3.2.6 or above. Some tweaks to GL had to be made for compatibility.
