Gospel App only sync if is in english language

I'm Ricardo from Portugal and I have my Gospel Library in portuguese.
I'm trying to delete my category tags from my app and from lds website, but I can't.

I have changed the language from Gospel Library App for android to english and I've tryed to sync with lds portal and my tags appears.

When I change the language, all my annotations dissapear, and appear only in english. Sync the annotations with lds server, only shows english annotation. When I change the language in lds portal, notes tools only appear in english.

Another thing is when I delete a tag, a category tag don't delete. How can I Delete tags and Categories?
